Michael Peterson, Founder & President, brings 37+ years in youth sports and a proven track record of building programs that deliver.
As the former founder of Power 2 Play Sports and developer of a 53,000 sq. ft. facility, Michael made the decision in 2022 to walk away — choosing integrity, affordability, and opportunity for all over exclusivity.
Teams followed.
Today, with 300+ teams in 2025–26, we are a leading and respected force in youth basketball across Northern Colorado, Wyoming, Western Nebraska, and the Western Slope.
We partner with respected officiating assignors who provide state-certified, experienced officials — the same professionals working high school games throughout the winter season.
Our court monitors and site directors are trusted business leaders in the community, mentoring the next generation of staff, including high school and college students pursuing careers in sports.
Collectively, we deliver trusted, experienced, and youth-first programs — built on values and proven by results.
