Real estate, home construction, and youth sports have shaped my life for as long as I can remember—each instilling values that define how I serve my clients today.
My father built and owned a successful drywall company for 57 years. From the age of six, I spent countless hours alongside him—often reluctantly at the time—but those experiences became the foundation of everything I stand for today. They instilled a relentless work ethic, an eye for detail, and a deep respect for doing things the right way. His standard was simple:
“Finish a home as if it were your own, or go back and fix it.”
That philosophy continues to guide every transaction and every client relationship.
I’ve proudly called Northern Colorado home for over 26 years, building a deep connection to the community and the people who make it exceptional.
My professional background includes 7 years as a mortgage lender, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the financial side of real estate. This experience allows me to guide clients with clarity and confidence, while connecting them with trusted professionals at every stage of the process.
In addition, I’ve spent more than 36 years building meaningful relationships through youth sports. I founded and developed Power 2 Play Sports Event Center, one of the largest and most successful youth sports facilities in Northern Colorado. From 2017 to 2022, it welcomed over 500,000 visitors annually—helping establish the region as a premier destination for families and competitive youth athletics.
I continue to operate one of the largest youth basketball programs in Northern Colorado, supported by thousands of coaches and families over the years. What means the most is that the majority of youth basketball teams in this northern Colorado region have stayed with me—choosing to follow and continue working with me even after I sold the very facility I built.
That kind of loyalty doesn’t happen by accident.
It’s built on trust, consistency, and how you show up for people—day in and day out. It’s about communication, organization, and doing things the right way, even when no one is watching.
Those same principles are exactly how I approach real estate.
