Welcome
Welcome
As a Broker Associate serving Northern Colorado, I’m focused on what matters most — building relationships and serving people the right way.
From Steeplechase, High Pointe, and the Windsor community to clients across the region, my relationships extend throughout Colorado — built over years of consistently serving, helping, and earning trust.
With 36+ years of experience across youth sports, the mortgage industry, and real estate, everything I do is rooted in relationships, family, faith, and appreciating the moments that matter most.
Let’s be honest — buying or selling a home can be exciting… and at times, a little stressful (okay, sometimes a lot). That’s where the right fit matters. If we can communicate clearly, trust each other, and share a few laughs along the way, the process becomes a whole lot easier — and even enjoyable.
There are a lot of great people in real estate — and that’s a good thing.
If we connect on communication, integrity, work ethic, and a shared vision for success, then we’ll be a great fit.

Let’s start the conversation — no pressure, just real communication and a plan that works for you.
More Than Real Estate — A Foundation Built Over Time
Real estate, home construction, and youth sports have shaped my life for as long as I can remember — each instilling values that define how I serve my clients today.
My father built and owned a successful drywall company for 57 years. From the age of six, I spent countless hours working alongside him — not always by choice at the time — but those moments became the foundation of everything I believe in today.
His standard was simple:
“Finish a home as if it were your own, or go back and fix it.”
That mindset — work ethic, attention to detail, and doing things the right way — continues to guide every client relationship and every transaction.
I’ve proudly called Northern Colorado home for over 26 years, building deep connections within the community and with the people who make it special.
My background includes 7 years as a mortgage lender, giving me a clear understanding of the financial side of real estate and allowing me to guide clients with confidence while connecting them to trusted professionals throughout the process.
At the same time, I’ve spent 36+ years building relationships through youth sports.
I founded and developed the Power 2 Play Sports Event Center, one of the largest youth sports facilities in Northern Colorado, welcoming over 500,000 visitors annually at its peak. Today, I continue to operate one of the region’s largest youth basketball programs, supported by thousands of families and coaches.
What matters most isn’t just the numbers — it’s this:
The majority of teams chose to stay.
Even after I stepped away from the facility I built, they followed and continue to trust the programs I lead.
That kind of loyalty doesn’t happen by accident.
It’s built on:
Trust
Consistency
Communication
Doing the right thing — even when no one is watching
Those same principles are exactly how I approach real estate.
Because at the end of the day, whether it’s youth sports or buying and selling homes, success is built on relationships.
And while many brokers have access to the same tools, what truly separates the experience is how you show up for people.
The Bottom Line
Choose someone you trust.
Choose someone who communicates clearly.
Choose someone fully committed to your goals.
Because buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction —
it’s a personal journey.
And who you choose to guide you through it makes all the difference.
