What Can Be: A Vision Realized

I’ve been blessed through the struggles, challenges, and obstacles that shaped my journey—each one reinforcing a commitment to hard work, serving others, and continuing forward no matter what. The vision of building a youth sports facility began during graduate school in 1990. While many said it couldn’t be done, that dream became reality.

Today, I help others turn their vision into something real—proving that with the right plan, persistence, and purpose… it can be done.

With over 36 years of experience in youth sports, I specialize in consulting, facility development, design, and program management. As the founder of Power 2 Play Sports and the Power 2 Play Sports Event Center (completed in 2017), I built and led the largest privately owned youth basketball league and tournament series in Northern Colorado from 2000–2026.

After selling P2P (final pending April ‘26), I After launched independently again in 2023, I reestablished the #1 youth basketball program in the region within one year.

I work with organizations, communities, and investors to develop business plans, design functional sports facilities, and implement successful, sustainable programs. My focus is simple—expanding access to quality, affordable youth sports opportunities for practices, leagues, and special events that truly serve the community.
